Roger hand-crafted this 5” x 2” bowl from Oak which is an amazing wood. You can see the lovely grain teased from the wood by Roger. Rarely does Roger colour his pieces but he felt that this oak bowl would benefit from the addition of a little bit of colour……. he chose Green. The bowl is finished with a food safe finish as all Roger’s bowls and platters are and the green colour is applied just before polishing.
